I was surprise how my family love the flavorful taste of this delicious casserole dish. In fact this becomes one of the family's favorite dish, very inexpensive and so easy to make. Left over still taste so good even if you will reheat it the next day.

  •  Milk (3/4 cups)
  • All purpose potatoes (2 big pcs)
  • Onion (1/2 cup)
  • Salt & Pepper (1/2 teaspoon of each)

  1.  Peel potato and put it in a boiling water until half tender, drain it and let it cool for a few minutes, slice and set aside,  it should look like this:

 3.  In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper and set aside

 4. In a greased 2-qt. baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, soup mixture and sausage. Repeat layers
