Sausage & Potato Casserole

I was surprise how my family love the flavorful taste of this delicious casserole dish. In fact this becomes one of the family's favorite dish, very inexpensive and so easy to make. Left over still taste so good even if you will reheat it the next day.

Ingredients:
  • Pork Sausage (1 pound)
  • Condense cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
  •  Milk (3/4 cups)
  • All purpose potatoes (2 big pcs)
  • Onion (1/2 cup)
  • Salt & Pepper (1/2 teaspoon of each)
  • Shredded Cheese (1 ½ cup)
Directions:

  1.  Peel potato and put it in a boiling water until half tender, drain it and let it cool for a few minutes, slice and set aside,  it should look like this:


2.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees°. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium brown; drain and set aside.

 3.  In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, onion, salt and pepper and set aside

 4. In a greased 2-qt. baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, soup mixture and sausage. Repeat layers

5. Cover and bake for 45-60 minutes or until potatoes are all tender, Sprinkle with cheese; bake, uncovered, 2 to 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.


It’s ready to serve, enjoy cooking & eating!!!

Sloppy Joe & Beans Burrito

This is one of my family's favorite, it's not just easy to cook but also the ingredients that my husband and i shared in making this delicious recipe that the kids love, so i hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did!!! A little bit of a Mexican taste for a nice family dinner that everybody would surely love!
